The coffee is 100% certified organic and has all of the Colombian coffee character that we expected to taste: rich, full bodied, clean and elegant mouthfeel. We also picked up on its lively tang that Derek said was like a "green tea sensation". Nathan said it reminded him of "Rainier cherries" and Darryl offered "lychee nut" while Nate commented on the "fatty body like chocolate or cocoa..sort of like cocoa nibs". Darryl noted that the caffeine buzz was slow and mellow with a calming cheerfulness. To be sure, this is a classic Colombian coffee that Juan Valdez would be proud to serve--and it's sustainably farmed.
